It is known that the 3rd dose of the vaccine has high preventive effectiveness of getting infected with COVID-19 or getting seriously ill even if you have gotten infected.

The 3rd dose can be from another manufacturer which is different from the 1st and 2nd doses. It is highly effective and safe. You will probably have similar side effects as the ones you had after your 2nd shot, regardless of the manufacturer. Those side effects should be fewer than those of the 2nd shot because the 3rd dose of the Moderna vaccine is half the dose of the 1st and 2nd shots.

Remember:

◆ The 3rd dose is recommended to receive even for those people who have been infected with COVID-19 before.

◆ Even after your 3rd dose, you are requested to take anti-infection measures.

◆ Do not force those people around you to get vaccinated.

◆ Do not discriminate against unvaccinated people.
